THE SHADOWS

Housekeepers, prostitutes, kitchen clerks, construction workers, employees in a car wash...
In Belgium, 23,000 people are victims of human trafficking. They are everywhere around us, every day, and yet remain invisible.

That is why we have taken action for PAG-ASA, an organization that has been fighting against human trafficking for 25 years in Belgium, to raise awareness of this problem among the government and the public.

On October 3rd, 2019, the shadows of the victims of modern slavery covered the Mont des Arts in Brussels. These silhouettes, real sizes, reveal the real stories of some of the victims through different videos accessible via a QR scan or by visiting pagasa.be.

So we reminded everyone that human trafficking happens every day, around us, in the shadows.
